Levain: 100% Dark Rye flour milled in Essex, young so as not to be too sour. Dough: 100% Dark Rye flour, water, sea salt. Baked in a hot oven, best enjoyed over a few days as the flavour develops. Perfect for open sandwiches, thin crispy toasts, Scandi style toppings. 100% Vegan.
